Here she is, my pride and joy. I've owned quite a few boats in my time and I've enjoyed them all but my Ranger 620 is the finest boat I've ever owned. I rely on her heavily to get me and my customers on the water, but MOST importantly, back off the water safely when conditions turn nasty. The ride of my 620 Ranger in rough water is simply unmatched by any other boat I've ever been in and that makes fishing in the rough stuff possible and comfortable when other boats are headed back to harbor.

Storage is a huge consideration when you're a multi-species angler as I am and this Ranger 620 has storage in spades! With the center rod storage safely and securely accomodating a dozen rods and lots of true dry storage for maps, extra electronics as well as loads and loads of tackle, this Ranger 620 makes being prepared for each day on the water a snap as everything I need stays right in the boat with room to spare!

And no boat is a true fishing machine without fast, efficient and reliable power. My Mercury OptiMax 225 HP outboard is the pinnacle of outboard technology, offering the best fuel efficiency of any outboard I've ever owned or used. When you're on the water as much as I am, that's a huge plus in the pocketbook. This OptiMax motor start like a car... you touch the key and she's ready to run. My kicker motor is a 9.9 HP 4 Stroke which I use for trolling applications and this little gem never skips a beat. She runs and idles like a watch yet has the power to push my big Ranger 620 where ever I need it to go. No smoking, easy starts and unbelieveable fuel efficiency makes fishing with this motor a pleasure. I've never lost a minute of fishing time, something I can not afford as a guide and tournament angler, due to problems with either of my Mercury motors. I recommend them to everyone... except my competition!
